Re: Parting out a complete GM J code 6.2 Diesel 48000 miles
Is the intake single plane? If so it's mine. If not I might still want it. Also how about the crank. What kind of shape is it in? And also the harmonic balancer. What kind of shape is it in? Can I get some pics of that stuff too thanks.

Re: Parting out a complete GM J code 6.2 Diesel 48000 miles
Stitch,
The intake is the type with the divider running down the middle. I'll have to mark the caps and then pull them to get pics of all the journals. Might try a video and rotate the crank to show it. Since its Easter the day is pretty much wiped with travel to both sides of the family so I'll try and get something for you in the next day or two. If you end up wanting the crank do you have a shipping idea I can use to package it and what would be the cheapest method since they are so heavy. I've always had stuff turned but have never bought or had to ship one I will be travelling to Kings Island (Mason), Ohio for a Willys Jeep Show May 20-22 if that helps any.

Re: Parting out a complete GM J code 6.2 Diesel 48000 miles
I have both the parts you're looking for, but I gotta pull em
if the intake has the divider, it's not the one I want...thanks though...and also thinking about it, the crank is probably going to be heavy to ship... |

What kind of condition is the oil pan in. Is it dent free? Is it for a 2 peice rear main? If so I want it.
