Air Bag Cups
I am going to work on installing my front air bags and I wanted to create the cups and brackets my self since they look pretty forward but knowing that the Stock Lower control arms have a groove in them where the original springs sat and the bottom cups for the bags will sit in the same area. I am wondering if the cups that people purchase are flat or have a groove/slanted edge so they are able to fit in the control arms.?
Also is it best to Weld them in?

Re: Air Bag Cups
Mine are flat. I cut them down to 1.5in tall. They are not welded, they just set into place.
