All aftermarket, I presume? Are you going mechanical or electronic? And do you want your stock guages to still work (if they even do right now)?

Re: oil pressure and battery gauge, rpm tach install
Mechanical is super easy to install. Oil pressure goes right behind the intake on the back driver's side of the engine. There's a port for it there, but is probably blocked off. You'll need to heat up the plug to get it out.
Water temp goes on the driver's side head, near the front of the engine. You can put it in one of the ports on the intake if you have any, but don't put it in the water neck. You'll get false readings if you ever lose any of your coolant. Alternator guage will just hook up to a switched power wire, and have a good ground. (Even a "mechanical" one of these gauges is still electric). Tachometer will be the tricky one... what kind of distributor do you have? If you've got an HEI, then it's really simple because they have an output for a tach reading that you can just plug the sender for the tach into. If you don't, then I'm at a loss to how to hook one up. Someone else will have to chime in on that one.

Top picture is the driver's side head where the water temp gauge goes. Bottom picture is where you get your oil pressure from.
