Are these the correct clips for a 68 chevy?? (some clips are nuts/threads, some are 'push in')

Are these correct? (I ordered 15 thru napa today)

well thats a rough draft drwaing but they look a little different in shape but still maintain the same peices so you should be alright

Wouldnt the clips for the tailight bezels/tailgate bezels/door/B pillar clips be different because the different trim size pieces?

Ok I got them, the work OK but not NEARLY as good/tight as the GM ones..

Anyway. I tried to get the bigger push in clips needed for B pillar trim and the doors. Napa doesnt have it/carry it. Where can I get some?

They are aftermarket. They are produced for the 67-68 body side moldings though. Yes I sell them singley. $2.00 each. WES

I have been looking for the correct clips for my 68 for ages, and from what I have found and learned along the way is that no one makes the "right" ones.

I have been reusing originals, but am continually on the hunt for NOS clips.

Here is one of my originals.

The one Im looking for is a 'bolt on' style clip, its found at the very front, and very back of the67 68 door. The 'clip in' has a larger hole.

Btw vectorit-might contact classic heartbeat-he split up a complete aftermarket set of clips, there a little floppy but i spread out the ears on them to maek them clip in tighter.

After all the money I have spent, damaged trim pieces, and trim pieces that aren't tightly sucked up to the body panel I am only interested in the exact version of what GM used for 67-68 trim fasteners.

(I have a whole bag of clips that I have tried making work over the years).

If you find a source, please drop me a PM and I will do the same for you if I find someone selling the perfect clip.
