I didn't think the 250 was in a C30, thought it might be a 292. Very interesting truck to say the least.

I had thought about it but the 6 cyclinder had me worried. I would use this truck to haul my 71 to shows and such. Wouldn't that be a little hard on the motor when driving on the highway.
I have been thinking about one of these for awhile now. I could use it for the dragster golf cart to when I just wanted to go for a test and tune night instead of hooking up the 20' car trailer.

Just bolt in a nice 454 and then you know it will be just fine...
I have a 87 454 motor ,needs rings,bearings and a gasket set..$400

Although I'm a 292 fan, the 250 should do just fine. Shifting one correctly will really make a difference.
That truck sure has a long wheel base. It looks like someone stretched the frame. Bill

Not to take this thread away but later this morning when I get home I'll make a new post with one I went to look at yesterday. I took pictures of it but at work I can't bring camera's in so it will be when I get home.
1967-68 rollback Custom on the doors and it all orignal!
