Looks in great condition. If it was closer I'd be checking into that!
FYI:These ae actually LCFs not COEs. COE means Cab Over Engine and these aren't. GM went to LCF in this body style...Low Cab Forward. Still shorter and driver sits a bit higher,but different still the same.
