CD player
Can a cd player be mounted vertically rather than horizontally?
Thanks Larry |

Re: CD player
It should say on the box if it is capable. Most have to be mounted horizontally. I know this from installing them in airplanes.

Re: CD player
Why not just use an MP3 player and hide your head unit under your seat or somewhere.

Re: CD player
Generally there are specs about the angle. I use a security console in my burb and the player is nearly vertical, Pioneer, and works just fine.

Re: CD player
Thanks for the replies. I'll try it vertical & see what happens.
