Just wondering if anyone has a trick to remove the squire off the motor itself without destroying it I just cannot seem to figure out how to get it off without screwing it all up.. Thanks guys

Re: Heater fan/motor question
Are you talking about the squirel cage Reid? If so they can be a pita as they are usually rusted. What I do is soak them with some penetrating oil for a bit. Then somehow support the squirel cage independent from the motor, and tap on the motor shaft firmly. Hopefully it will break loose. Another way is if you have access to an oxy/acetylene torch, heat up the stem of the squirl cage quickly to cherry red. Most of the time that will expand the stem away from the shaft.
