WTT My Dual Cowl Hood for your Stock Hood
Let's trade! I have a Dual Cowl hood with Simulated Ram air scoops that has never been painted with a topcoat, it was primed to protect it. I have had this hood for about 5 years, but I want to go in a different direction with my truck so I am looking for an excellent quality original hood for a '73-'80 Chevy truck. I will trade your original hood + $100 cash for my hood. I purchased this hood for $450 5 years ago, but I found them online for $399 + $125 for shipping today. either way you're getting a great deal. If you dont have a hood to trade and just want to buy this one outright I'll sell it for $300.
I will need to see pictures of your hood before you make the trip to my house so we dont waste either of our time. I want to see the top, underneath and the sides of the hood just in front of the hood hinge mount (these hoods are notorious for creasing at that point.) Let me know what you've got. Depending on where you're located I may be able to meet you part way.
