so I pulled the original rubber floormat..
I am prepping to sound deaden the cab and the firewall insulation and rubber floormat needed to come out. I was shocked at the condition of the floorboards, being a 46 yr old truck in all. A part of me wants to leave them bare!
I also, removed another leaf from the rear end which dropped it another 1 3/8" FYI- this is cutting the front coils 1 3/4" and removing 6 rear leafs.

There's nothing like solid original metal. Very cool truck. I like the look. Are you keeping the floor mat, or going with something else?
