David, Your lock cylinder will not work even if I re-key it. It is broken because it is missing the cam on the end of the cylinder that actuates the lock bolt. I have attached a picture of a similar new lock cylinder and your lock cylinder for comparison. Do you have another handle cylinder? LockDoc
