Engine cover

Does anyone know if an engine cover off of a grand prix will fit on a truck intake? I need to keep my truck intake but I want to cover it with something it looks naked with no cover. I found a good deal for a one piece cover that has dod 5.3 that I think come on a gp.

Re: Engine cover

truck and car style intake's have different mounting points, so it wouldn't bolt directly on. On top of that, the taller truck intake would make that cover look strange.

Re: Engine cover

That is what I am concerned about, I could mount it with some fab work. But the height, I don't know about.

Re: Engine cover

I've seen pics of one that was painted and it looked pretty good.
I tried to find it but couldn't.
