HELP!!! whats my truck worth??

Im trying to figure out the value of my truck have someone that may want to buy it but I really dont know what it is worth, I have a 69 numbers matching 3/4ton 2wd pickup bucket seats air cab with lights, numbers matching 396bb with matching numbers turbo400, leaf spring rear suspension 8ft. fleetside, engine needs nothing, 90percent of outside sheetmetal needs to be block sanded only, overall chassis nose, doors bed inner fenders etc, are almost perfect the bad, brakes steering are horrible 4 wheel drum 3/4ton suspension rides like a 4wd truck lol, 90 percent of a/c stuff is missing, rot over the windshield is pretty bad, seats need to be recovered dash pad replaced stupid stuff like that, obv needs frame off pretty much but.....its extremely solid truck and I have all the a/c stuff to fix it whats a fair price !!! is the motor worth more than the truck, should I part it out!! Im trying to but a house so realy just looking for the most money overall I can get for it thanks guys!!

Re: HELP!!! whats my truck worth??

Sounds like $1500-2000 in CA but your pretty far away. Parting it out you could get slightly more if your willing to put in the work. But depends on the market. Spend some time on craigslist... Most people want a running truck, but it depends on how many are listed in your area. imho numbers matching doesnt mean much for pickups. If you part it sell the drivetrain first so buyers can drive it before you pull it.

If you have rot over the windshield the cab needs replaced.

$1300 tops.

Re: HELP!!! whats my truck worth??

The windshield rot will scare off most. Because of that and since it's not a swb fleetside...the truck's probably worth more parted out. the engine/tranny combo are worth a good deal especially if the factory brackets are there....the heat shield and exhaust hangers are also worth money as well as the frame mounts for the engine. If doors are good, fenders, hood, etc those can bring decent money especially with you on the east coast and near canada
