My first car show trophy!
So I found out about this local show from a client so I thought I would cruise up and show the old c10... And I won a trophy! Rustiest Rod! Here is a pic of me getting the trophy and the car on top flying off. It was damn hilarious. But I was so stoked to get it. We decided before we left that this was the category we wanted to win and came home with the prize! I couldn't be happier!
Some nice C10's that were representing. Belong to anyone on here? Posted via Mobile Device

Re: My first car show trophy!
Go ahead and post. If an admin thinks its a better fit, they will just move the thread to the "general discussion" forum.

Re: My first car show trophy!
Congrats. I at first thought the red truck was yours and could not understand HOW they gave you the rusty away.
In our car club we give a "Boudreaux's Butt Paste Award" for the longest driven to get to the show, That always get a laugh. It's a local diaper rash salve that is probally the best going.

Re: My first car show trophy!
Thank's for sharing the pictures. Can never go wrong with a 63, course I'm kinda fond of them! LOL
Do you know your paint code? That truck of yours hasn't been molested. Please take some more pictures all over the truck for future reference for the restoration guide. Notice you have a Fawn firewall that matches the interior of the truck. You have to fix that fuel line going over the Valve cover. Had an engine compartment fire because the rubber hose cracked and leaked. |

Re: My first car show trophy!
537 blue and white 2 tone. So why do I have the trim when it's not a custom cab?
