The elusive headlight switch nut/bezel

Just trying to help out the next guy who has this problem.I couldn't find the part that attaches the headlight switch to the gauge cluster on my 64 anywhere,so I borrowed one off my friends truck,took the measurements and made one.
So if you have access to a lathe its pretty simple.Attached is a quick drawing and a pic.Hope this helps someone out.
