59 Apache wiring
I have a 59 Apache that had a sloppy 12v conversion done that in turn burned up the starter. I'm gonna re-wire a little bit and attach some pics. I need to know where the wires marked with a question mark go and where the wires on the ignition go. Any help would be greatly Appreciated seeing as I can't start working out here in my new home of Sacramento till it's running.

Re: 59 Apache wiring
12V conversion? All 55 Chevrolet trucks and newer were 12 V. Some 55.2 GMC were still 6 V.
Has it been converted to run an alternator instead of a generator?

Re: 59 Apache wiring
Here is the original wiring diagram. Someone else will have to chime in on the alt conversion, my after market harness already has the right wiring for an alternator.
