TX Anyone want a set of 20x10 Intro Pentias?? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I am agonizing over what to do with the wheels on my 72. I am going to try to sell the whole set of them and then buying a different style I think. If I cannot sell them all I will be selling 2 of them. These are 20x10 (soft lip so they actually look wider, the wheel is a true 11 inches wide) billet aluminum. 5 on 5 bolt pattern, 5 inch backspacing. I had these on a 72 with a 4/6 drop and had no rubbing issues. I also have 3 275/45/20 Z rated tires with 90+ percent tread on them that I will throw in for free if I have to. These wheels and tires only have 2000 miles on them. I have only polished one of them so far. The backs of the wheels are shiny but not polished the way the fronts are. Will start by asking 2400 for the whole set delivered (Greyhound), 2500 UPS. If the buyer wants to finish polishing the other 3 this price is negotiable. Any thoughts?

To answer the question in your thread titlle, "I do!", but after $5k getting the truck painted, We are a little low on funds... Would you want to swap for a 1948 GMC 1-1/2 ton? It is in trucks for sale here and is physically located in Lolita, Tx... Dad also has an IH cub lo boy tractor w/ 60" mower deck for sale/ trade. Probably not, but thought I would ask.

Do you have any idea if these would work on the rear of a stepside?
I have a 4 in drop right now but I think the wheel well may be diffrent than the fleetside

The Stella Mae truck has 22x9 - 5in backspace with the early housing and he had to trim the outer lip a little. 265/40/22

On a 20x10 5 in backspace Im thinking no on a stepper.

Are all 4 wheels the same size and bs?

So with that said, what is the max backspace for a 71-72 rear stepside?
could a 10 in fit with a 6 in backspace?

Yes they are all exactly the same. If I cannot sell at least 2 of them I have to send 2 of them back and get rehooped down to 8.5 inch hoops because I am lowering the truck more. That cost 280 dollars per wheel plus shipping though.

Yes, all 4 are 20x10 soft lip with 5 on 5 lug pattern with 5 inch backspacing.

New ones are 750 bucks a piece. I'll start by asking 1100 for 2 including 2 tires. Shipping will probably be around 100 bucks I would guess.

$1050 for the just the 2 wheels. Wasn't planning on getting rid of them for that but I would rather give someone on the forum a good deal than have to pay Intro again. But if someone else wants the other 2 they will cost more than that. This is a offer for just the two.
