New Guy Southern Oregon C/20 project
Hi Everyone,
I just joined this site. Yesterday i purchased my first classic project truck. Found a guy on craigslist selling a 1969 C/20 with a rebuilt 350. I was not actually looking for a project truck but I have wanted to restore a truck for a long time now. My dad and I were thinking about working together to restore a 1949-56 chevy pickup but never found one that we wanted. Well I took a look at this 1969 and decided I had to have it. The engine alone is worth twice what I paid for it. The body is very straight and there is very little rust, nothing that cant be easily repaired. Im super excited to start working on this project and I know Im going to have a million questions. Here are a couple pics of the truck: Here are some of my other projects My Silverado SS is a constant project. Im constantly adding new mods to keep it fresh And this is my dads 1969 Chevelle. He bought it brand new the day he turned 16 and still has it. We spent a lot of time when I was younger restoring it, but its still not 100% finished.
