'79 Chevy Cheyenne

Considering trading my '04 Dakota Quad Cab for this...

Will probably go look it over tomorrow... come to find out I know the owner and he's interested in the trade over cash... with the way the economy is going it's definitely not a seller's market at the moment.

Any '79 Cheyenne owners care to sway me either way in regards of this possible trade? I've always wanted an older Chevy.

I have a 1978 K10 and I love it! Unsure of the trim level but the way it is now it might as well be a Custom Deluxe haha.

They are soo easy to work on, and everything is accessible without having to tear a bunch of useless stuff out of the way. And plus it's cool to see people's reactions when they see these older trucks drive by or whatever. And there are tons of parts for them and stuff's still pretty cheap.

I'd definitely trade a Dakota for one of these in a heartbeat I had a 77 Lincoln Mark V that I loved to death but I didn't think twice when I traded it for my K10
