Talking Truck is Fairly fast

Well, I was driving home tonight and my friend in his car was in front of me. So I pull out to pass him but it seemed pretty fast, so I punch it for probably a quarter mile or more, and blew by him. Later he stopped and was like man I was doing 180 km and you just flew by. I must have been doing a min of 200km

200 km/h = 120 mp/h
100 km/h = 60 mp/h
120 km/h = about 65 - 75 mp/h

I know that 60 is equal to 100, so 200 has be to equal to 120, not too sure about the 120, but it is probally within that range.

Pretty quick considering that the fastest legal speed limit I have ever seen in Canada so far is 110 km/h

KMH/MPH conversion

1 mile = 1,609 kilometer
so :
200 KMH = 124,3 MPH
Pretty fast , indeed
And you survived it ?

Yeah, it was pretty scary. It is a 355 9.5:1 edelbrock inake cam carb and timing set, flowtech headers and rebuilt heads, not very extreme, oh and 3.40 rear end.

change the 124,3 to 124.3 and yeah, that is about it...

I've traveled at close to 200 mph in a souped up camaro on the highway before, it was pretty freaky, but we made it, and let me tell you, I gave the driver a nice long yelling at :P

With that motor and those gears you can get up to 150mph or so I'v hit around 130mph in my truck with 3:73 gears and thats with a 5,000 rpm red line
