Painting over bedliner material

Hi All:

I have a 98 K3500 with a Reading Service utility body.
I'm restoring the box section.

Can this

http://www.duplicolor.com/products/truckBedCoating/

Be topcoated with PPG MBCA-01 I believe it is an Acrylic base coat.

On the can of duplicolor it does say paintable.

TIA
Rick
