Anyone running Eagle 225 on a 55 truck?
I have a lowered second series 55. I bought it lowered so I don't know how much it was lowered from stock. It is notched and has a 79 Camaro front clip and 10 bolt rear. I am considering 18x8 Eagle Alloy 225 wheels. Any experience with backspacing, mounting issues, and photos would help. I see a lot of C10s with these wheels but no 3100s. I would post photos of my truck but it is literally a sick 55 right now. Some day it will be a "sick" 55!

Re: Anyone running Eagle 225 on a 55 truck?
Love the avatar! Is that your truck? That is how I want my truck to look with a black bumper and Eagle 225 wheels. I was going to go with prowler orange paint but you can never go wrong with black. Thank you for the diagrams. I am already familiar with backspace and offsets so I was hoping to go the easy route to see if someone has already done the homework. I personally don't understand whey we use offsets in wheel fitment. Backspace is much easier. I live on Guam and will be ordering from off island so trial and error is not an option. I guess I will have to measure.
