Question Energy Suspension 4" lift 72 GMC

I have a 72 GMC K1500 with the 4 " lift on front and 3 " on back ; Suspension Lift, 4WD, 4.0 in. Front/3.0 in. Rear, Chevy, GMC, K/V-Series Pickup, Kit
I really wish it was like 3 and 3 or 3 and 2 ... Can i take a leaf or two out and would that lower it back down a little ??? Or is that a no, no ?

If you just put the lift on, wait a month or two. Most likely it will sag.

The truck looks good at that height IMO

I think that you could possibly remove a leaf or two from each pack (starting from the bottom) but it may become too soft/spongy, you might try calling the manufacturer of the springs and discussing it with them. Make sure not to remove the shim the on rear packs, it is to correct driveline angle and needs to be retained. The rear springs will lower some by just removing the bottom overload spring, but then you need to be careful with how much weight is placed in the bed or on the tongue (trailer hitch).

Just my opinion, but I think it looks great as is also.
