factory correct oil bath pics?
I am trying to determine the correct oil bath for my 66. My build sheet specifies oil bath air cleaner, but from all my research I am confused as to what it looks like, can anyone shed some light on what the factory correct oil bath looks like on a 66?

Re: factory correct oil bath pics?
lol, marketing ploy for sure, and probably more torque than the same passenger car 283, 327's were available, but as far as I know were only an option for the big 60 series trucks,
wonder how the 283 torque compared to the big gmc v6 of the same era?? as you mention it I guess I have found it funny as well that the little 283 is labled hi-torque, espically on hindsight of the motors that were coming down the pike after 66.... interesting note: I have heard a story of a guys dad and uncle who both purchased 63's new , one with a 292, and the other with the 283, they street raced them a few times and the 292 would always beat the 283 for a few blocks, until the hp of the 283 started working...
