Corvete accessories
Hello,
Checking to see if anyone has used a stock Corvette serpentine system with a porterbuilt dropmember on a c10, mine is a 66 c10. I have a 6.0 lq4 and the truck tensioner bracket hits the rack and AC bracket wont work with motor mount. I have the F-body oil pan and now need to change accessories. If anyone has a corvette serpentine with a dropmember could post a pic or confirm it works in stock form. Thanks, Ryan |

Re: Corvete accessories
Thanks for the reply, I have looked at that thread, but there is not definitive information about the complete stock Corvette system working. The other Billet systems are awesome, but they are really to pricey.
thanks again, Ryan |

Re: Corvete accessories
Do you just want the look of the Vette Acc? Because there are options that are much cheaper, that will work.
You can use the Truck Acc bracket for Alt & Power steering, and use this for the AC... http://www.kwikperf.com/lsx_ac.html Or combine with their brackets for ALL Accessories http://www.kwikperf.com/lsx_alt_ps.html... about what it would cost for Vette Accessories and you don't have to change WP. Unless you're using the LS1/LS6 style intake...?

Re: Corvete accessories
Thanks, I am looking at the kwik bracket for AC relocation. I do have a ls3 intake that I want to use. I just like the looks of the Vette accessories better but need to make sure it will work with the dropmember. If it does not work then kwik bracket will be the road I go down.
Thanks again for your help. Ryan |
