Need flanges for TBSS manifolds
Hello all
I picked up a set of TBSS exhaust manifolds for my 5.3 swap, now I need the flanges that bolt the exhaust pipes to the manifolds. Anyone know where I can get a set? Thanks Posted via Mobile Device |

Try Ebay maybe? Curious to see if anyone has a source for new ones!

Re: Need flanges for TBSS manifolds
I have the tbss manifolds and I just took the ones that were bolted to the stock lm7 maniflods and swapped them over. Of course this only works if you have them. If not they are probably cheap at a junk yard

Re: Need flanges for TBSS manifolds
I wasn't able to find any at junkyards that weren't rusted to all hell. I traced them on cardboard and had some torch cut from 3/8 steel

Re: Need flanges for TBSS manifolds
No worries, the only thing I'll say is that if you are gonna use a hand-held torch or plasma, refrain from cutting the center holes freehand. It doesn't take much to make an ovaled hole thats hard to seal with a gasket, or go to small and hurt your flow. Mine were done on a torch table, but you can get away with a hole guide or a large enough mill or hole saw.
