This is my sons 1973 . This is how we got it .

We added 20" wheels to it .

Now we are doing a 3" front and 5" rear drop on it .

I have a mickey thompson setup for the tires, sportmans, 31X16.50-15LT in the rear and 26X7.50-15 in the front.

as for the wheels, they are custom made american racing torque thrusters. The wheels are 15s both front and back. The front wheel is 4" wide and the rear is 12". I was looking for the staggered look

Never got a good full pass (11.20's lifting). Not to shabby for all steel and 89 octane. I keep breaking things though....i'm finding all the weak links haha!!! I am running a mild zz502, 950HP carb, full race Hughes th400 with brake/4500 hard hit stall. I plan on a huffer (ProCharger) or some giggle gas later on once it find all the weak parts.

Re: how about some 73/87 chevy stepsides

Here is mine through the years.

Worker from back in 03

Then I wanted a matching plow

Then I sold the plow (still sad) and now it stays in the garage mostly and collects dust ( has 35's now)
