wiring questions....pn switch, etc

I'm reworking my 02 fbody harness and needing some help. Pin 34 red (pn switch), I don't have one on my 69 what do you suggest. Also wanting to use my fbody gauges, it needs obd2 wire, can I splice into wire at back of obd2 port without affecting pcm and will it work my gauges( volt meter,coolant temp,etc)? Thanks for any advice, dave
