Re: WTB - '70 350 Non-A/C Radiator
If it's out of an auto truck then I assume it has a trans cooler built in, correct? Mine is manual so I am assuming that I need one without the trans cooler. Also still trying to understand the difference between 3 row and 4 row (other than an extra row... duh!).

Re: WTB - '70 350 Non-A/C Radiator
Well I did figure out that a 4 row is 5/8" wider than a 3, also just read that a radiator with a trans cooler can be used in a manual truck, just don't hook up the cooler. WETOWM, what do you want for yours shipped to 60056?

I have one from a 69, 307 with manual trans, no AC, in good shape I would $50 plus the ride.

Re: WTB - '70 350 Non-A/C Radiator
I just filled the radiator up and found a few leaks, I not sure if it is scrap metal or not, but if I were you I would keep looking. It is definetly a four core manual but it definetly needs work. Sorry about getting you excited to early. I should of checked before telling you about. By the way those holes were so small I do not think you would see damage like that in any pictures, so be carefull about buying one, the next seller might not be so honest.

Re: WTB - '70 350 Non-A/C Radiator
Barry, I have a non ac radiator I took out of my '71. 3 row for an automatic. Was bought new in 2003 when I got my truck. Good shape,no leaks. I would do $100 on it or maybe we could trade parts if you have stuff I need. I don't know about shipping,I'd have to check on that for you. Let me know. Bob
I don't think I put 20,000 miles on the truck since I put that radiator in. It really is in good shape. Never had an egg or pepper in it either!! LOL!! Last edited by starfire58; 02-18-2013 at 06:35 PM. Reason: addition |

Sorry! I was just kidding. I think "Mythbusters" said an egg worked better. Still kidding!

What are you looking for Bob? No need to ship, I'm making regular trips to Decatur these days and could meet up down your way somewhere.
