Quick Ratio Steering Box

Hey guys, I was doing some research and could not find a definite answer.

Will this agr box fit all C10s from 73-87? I remember reading something on how some boxes will only fit 80+. I have a 77 1/2 ton and am looking to upgrade the box soon.

If this one does not fit, does anyone have any recomendation on a box that would fit my application?

The fittings may be different. Not sure when they switched to metric fittings.

Taken from a car craft writeup: In the '80 model year, GM also changed from its original 45-degree inverted flare 5/8x18 UF and 11/16x18 UNS female fitting sizes to a metric O-ring (often called Saginaw fittings) measuring 16x1.5 mm and 18x1.5 mm

73-79 fit
80-87/91

2wd and 4wd are different

Do they have a quick ratio early box?

Or do we have to change completely over to later model stuff?

AGR can build one. You can spec ratio and torsion bar diameter. Call them and talk with their tech guy.
