There are several outlets for bulbs that fit under your grille, that will take an HID bulb. I personally would stick with the 4-bulb setup and use a light housing from LMC or DDM Tuning. I would seriously consider purchasing the DDM Tuning HIDs for your light bulbs.

I agree. And at the very least use hella e code lights as housings for hids since they will provide a cutoff so not to blind other drivers otherwise run some nice silverstars on relays and it should do fine. A lot of Hondas in my area with hids slapped in and the blind everyone but they sure as hell hate when I have quad hids and in projectors none the less that focus the light. Makes it look like a street lamp is inside thier car for a dome light. Otherwise my brights are off and my light is twice as bright as anybody but never bothers anybody since it cuts off below their mirrors

You can go to any wrecking yard and find a car with projectors inside and use them for the conversion

Honestly a h4 with relays is prefect head lights for a city truck. If you lived way out in the middle of no where is the only time i would use hids. But if your heart set on hids check your local laws first some states its illegal to add them anything that didn't have them factory.

4x6 projectors for the top 2, and 4x6 non-projectors for the bottom hi-beams. Get a relay to wire in so that your low beams stay on when your hi beams are on, and you'll be set. I have the ebay projectors on my K10 and I don't have an issue with them blinding people, but I've adjusted them properly (which was harder on a lifted truck!). And yes, they are bright! I think I spent under $150 for everything.
