5 lug conversion axles with discs?
I've got a 65 rear end - with these,
http://www.classicperform.com/Store/...k/6569RACK.htm Can I slap disc on these axles, with the brackets, or will this axle need to be modified?

Re: 5 lug conversion axles with discs?
I'm not sure what you are talking about, for the brackets...
By looking at the ad, it looks exactly like what you need, you'll need 5 hole drums (I not sure what all came in that "kit"... How much are just the axles???. Moser had stock type "C" clip axles, for $260.00/pair, recently, I'm not sure if that price is still good, or if they will make them for your particular application... I'm wondering about the interchangeability of parts in that ad. The 12 bolt rear end came out in 1965. The ad said the axles would fit 63-70's???? |

Re: 5 lug conversion axles with discs?
If your asking what I think your asking, Yes a little modification is needed. The center hub concentric has to be turned down a sight bit as it is a little larger than the center hole of the disc brake ones are. now the bracket bolt on to the axle tube so that should not matter
