temp guage temperatures?
Hey guys, just a little curious. What temps does the stock temp gauge in my 79 read too? Like half way is what temp? When its cold outside Im right at the 1/4 point, if its 110* out and Ive been in stop and go traffic for 20min [very easy here in phoenix] it can rise to almost the half way point. Thanks!

I have no idea, but if what Brandon posted is correct I hope your not getting up to 240.
Time for electric fan! <---- could give you a deal on a stock Dodge fan, maybe even a viper fan. The new viper fans are hydraulic, so the electric are a little easier to get a hold of. I have a 5.9L jeep fan on my truck (the one you kind of saw ) and have one backup, but I will not sell that one! Its a dealer part at arund $400-500. My dad has a bunch of stock fans sitting around that I could probably get you for cheap. If you want I will ask him which sizes he has and how much he'd let them go for, if you are interested.

Thanks eddie, but no. I have absolutley no cash. And Im hoping brandon is off. If the red zone isent until past 3/4 then that would mean red wasent until more the 260* which is massive. Its never had a problem, never overheated or anything.
