Tach install kit--also a filter?
I have read through the tach conversion threads which have been really helpful but the tach I was looking to buy at Classic Parts mentions the tach filter is a must. Anyone buy this kit and used the filter?
http://www.classicparts.com/1963-66-.../#.UVEZ0lvEr3k Wasn't sure how difficult it might be, seems simple enough but thought I'd ask. |

They recommend using the filter if you have converted to electronic ignition. I have one on the wife's truck.

I got one from classic parts. How do you hook it up. Obviously the ground is simple enough, but not sure on the other two wires.

Hooked it up as suggested and everything works fine. When you get to it and have any trouble, message me.
