New C10 - of to Sweden
Hi guys, just purchased me a C10 long fleet side. Shipping the ride to Sweden with in short. This is my second truck that I bring over here.
Will start a build thread later. Was thinking some of you more experienced C10 builders could help me with som questions: 1. The truck is specified as a 63, but looks like a 64? Was the 63 available with the new cab design? 2. Have anyone tried "airbagit's" air ride suspension kits? Quality, fit etc? Any other alternativs, except Ridetech? 3. Any one that know which sizes to use if I would go with 20" wheels. Could 8,5" width in front and 9,5" in rear work? What kind of backspacing could be right? Br /Thomas |

Re: New C10 - of to Sweden
That is a 64 but the emblems and the windshield. 63 would have a wrap around windshield.
I would want to see the VIN/title before I spent the money. Where is it, maybe a board member can go look it over for you.

Hi, I didn't think of that. The VIN states 64 (looked in faq), so it was the seller that had it mixed up.

Welcome and great looking truck. We'll want more pictures when you get it home. There are a few different threads here on the airride systems....go to the top of the page and do a google search (and check the 67-72 box to narrow it down). Definitely not a 63. Body style is 64-66, emblems are 64.

Re: New C10 - of to Sweden
Totally OT but... There is a hit TV show here called the Vikings. In the current episode they travelled to Upsalla to sacrifice to their Gods; Thor, Oden and that bunch. Included was human sacrifice.
Nice looking truck, good luck with it. Posted via Mobile Device
