Re: Camaro/firebird drivesahft
I probably shouldn't say anything because I don't know for sure, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say no. Driveshafts are pretty application specific because even a 1/4 inch in length can be the difference between smooth operation and wiped out bushings and joints. Is there a reason you can't use a shaft from a truck? TH350 and 10 bolt is pretty common, I'd think your local pick-a-part would have lots of them.

Re: Camaro/firebird drivesahft
I was hoping to use an aluminum Fbody drive shaft but it was about 3" too short for a my blazer with a 700 and a 12 bolt. It would be way too short for a pickup

Re: Camaro/firebird drivesahft
my th350 has 9 inch tail housing which is not as common as you would think(plus its a shortbed). i swapped from 305/ with powerglide to 350/th350 2 months ago and this is the last piece i need. driveshaft from powerglide combo is way too long ( might of been off longbed truck), so if i can't find a 54 1/2 inch driveshaft i might have to cut my old one.

Re: Camaro/firebird drivesahft
The fbody shaft was 41" or so. I think I needed a 45".

Re: Camaro/firebird drivesahft
I swapped a 700 to a 350 w/ a 9" tail and that worked.
