Ole near oil filter and oil pressure switch.
Hey guys,
I'm rebuilding my 305 out of an 83, and i cant for the life of me remember if anything went into that bolt hole just above the oil pressure switch. The only reason im worried is because i cant see where the hole ends, which makes me think some kind of fluid runs to it. Any idea if the hole needs to be plugged, and what its originally for? Re: Ole near oil filter and oil pressure switch.
I just looked at both my 350's. one is plugged and it doesn't go all the way through... But my other 350 (both. 010 castings both 4 bolts) goes all the way through and is open... It's just an open hole to flywheel / bellhousing area... Hope this helps.
