My question to you guys is I am converting a 67 C10 to disc Brakes (using a 72 clip) My 67 has a power booster on the brake cylinder do I have to peplum it or change to power boost when changing to the 72 disc brakes? thanks Rick

Re: Disc Brake Question?
You will have to add a 71-72 style M/C and disc brake proportioning valve when you switch to disc brakes.
(or an aftermarket M/C and prop valve) This will require you to have to modify your steel brake lines to match the new connections points of the disc brake prop valve. Just yesterday,.. I looked up a 1970 drum brake power booster,... and it appears to be the same part number as the 71-72 disc brake power booster. Not sure if your 67 power booster is the same or not.
