relocation of gas tank 66 c10

has anyone out there used the 21 gal gas tank offered from lmc to more their tank to behind rear axle. i am thinking of doing this and just wondered if anyone eles already had and if they had any pics?

Here is what we did on a 66 GMC Short Wide Bed......

This is how we started with the install:

this shows the final install and changes that we made, later we modified the tank again and installed a in tank fuel pump (after burning up 4 in line pumps)

trsmotrhed do you have any pics of how you put that fuel door in fender. i have telling the wife that i was gonna figure out how to do that. gonna put it my stepside fender behide tire just like that...thanks to all for the links....

Here are pics of mine. Its from LMC. I am just getting the cab and doors on so have not gotten to the bed yet on my resto/mod. Not sure if I will go out the side or through the bed for the filler.

Grizz- that tank is just like the original one I took out of my '65 'Burb. The cutout is for the spare tire.
