Power steering/manual steering ?

I have a power steering gear box and a power steering pump for my 67 lwb
I haven't picked up a ps pump bracket yet for my 292
Can I use the ps gearbox without a pump for a while?


I didn't know if I can plug the hose threads or anything

Yes just fill it with fresh fluid, and turn it side to side a couple of time to drain out the excess fluid. Then connect both sides with a piece of hose.
