Newbie with 1966 Suburban - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Newbie here. I just purchased a 1966 Chevrolet Suburban. Loaded --327 4 bbl. powerglide trans, power steering, brakes, 3 seat option, sliding windows, 4 way flasher. 98K original miles. Even has original jack, handle and lug wrench and instructions under the seat and original upholstery. I owned this 15 years ago, sold it 8 years ago, took me 1 year to find it and buy it back. I will be asking lots of questions.

Very nice, Glad you were able to find it again. Real question is how much Union Oil stuff do you have?

This is just a start. I have lots of larger UNION 76 porcelain signs. Grandpa owned the bulk plant in town and my parents owned a Union 76 station. Always looking for more.

Did you sell that to a guy in Canada named Ron.

I bought it from a guy named Ron in Langley BC. He was not the original guy that I sold it to. I think the guy that bought it from me was Reagan and worked at a tire store. Have you seen this suburban on the street?

I thought so, Ron is a buddy of mine and I sold him the seats out of my suburban. I am surprised he sold it, he must have other irons in the fire.
