Re: GMC short step
I know that truck. I went and saw it in New Braunfels, TX. That is a sweet ride, beautifully done. Good for you.

Re: GMC short step
My dad and i restored this truck about 7 yrs ago. It is my profile pic. We sold it to Barry , who you bought it from. I never could figure why he bought it. Im not sure if he thought he could flip it or what. He paid us $8500 for it, put the drop, wheels tires, radio radiator pb and was asking $10k! He didnt do all of the work to the truck contrary to what the ad said. In my dealings with him, i will be nice and say I have nothing good to say about him. Matter of fact, he plagiarized my ad and claimed to everyone he did all of the work. I guess imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!
Heres some photos from when we had it: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=531710 Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: GMC short step
I'm glad someone on here got the truck. It was for sale here for about a year, but mostly stock. I tried to tell Barry about the site, but he was pretty much a "know it all". I do have to give him credit for putting the aftermarket gauges in the stock cluster. I don't know what is up with that, as all the gauges worked when I sold it. Same goes for the universal fit aftermarket aluminum radiator. I guess he was reliving his teenage years!
