No offense intended but I wouldn't put those on my truck if they were free. I would sell them and would love for someone to pay a stupid price like that.

Well there is a reason for everything,I bought those rails because i have a complete original 86 c10 with 6000 original miles in mint condition and i mean everything original except there is drill holes in the bed rail where the person had on rails why they are not there no more is a big question so now i have original rails to put back on in the same holes i would have paid alot more for them because this truck is my pride and joy. The original owner has passed away so i don't have an answer why the rails aren't there.

Jonboy..i will post some pic's when i find out how to. I actually have another 86 original north texas edition with 27,000 miles in mint cond both trucks came from texas dallas and houston. My wife has tried to post pic's from her ipod but it says the pic's are to large of some fricken thing.

I always liked the rails, helped my brother put a set on his 85 that we bought brand new at the dealership. They did not cost very much back then. But, I don't understand why anyone would pay $2500 for these things.

71swb ....how in the hell did you do that? we still cant figure it out. Thanks!! Maybe on day we will figure it out. Sam- theyre actually sleeping most of the summer too. Rarely take them out. both trucks are original, with original paint, 6000 miles on red one. 27,000 miles on the blue one. never driven in the rain.

Nice trucks!

My biggest problem with $2500 bed rails is that it sets a precident on nos parts and makes this stuff unattainable for us 9-5ers.

I'm not trying to be rude, it's just my opinion.

Who is to say he isn't a 9-5er as well? I wouldn't worry too much about NOS prices, they are already sky high in most cases. If you don't like it, get a higher paying job.
