What is your "other" shop equipment
After posting on my build thread about a new stereo system in my shop, I got a number of comments about what others had.
Mine: Beer fridge Garage heater Ex home theater system with a Dennon amp, Klipsh sub woofer and speakers So, what do you have in your shop?

I have just enough room for my tools and camping stuff. My poor truck lives outside.

Re: What is your "other" shop equipment
Floor drain, hot and cold garden hose, radiant floor and forced air heater, compressed air,10 fluorescent fixtures and my truck that has been sitting there for 20 years and an obsolete Valve grinding machine that has to go to make room for the flatscreen. If nothing else you got to have tunes.

Re: What is your "other" shop equipment
Cool idea for a thread.
Although I feel a bit spoiled as We have a very large by English standards, 30x30 garage down bottom of the garden. Currently have some stuff in there eating my space that belongs to a friend, including a Blackbird, DR350, 225 Serow, and a Sachs Madass I need to sort out and sell. Also a very large comfy chair and footstool that needs to go. But I do have both small fridge and freezers, kettle in there plus various other bits that make no sense. And a HUGE music setup in the roof rafters. Ideally I would love internet reception down there but it means I would never need to come home. My garage story here: http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=52970 More info and pics there. Posted via Mobile Device

Re: What is your "other" shop equipment
My work Shed, affectionately known as "Da Shed" has Fan, Fridge, Central Heat & A/C unit... Bose 101 Speakers to plug my phone into for tunes!
Although my truck lives outside, and most work happens in a tent, as of now there is a lot of the '65 on shelves in "Da Shed" Will add some pics to this post over the weekend

Re: What is your "other" shop equipment
We found our dream home about a year ago, couple miles into the country but not too far. For my boy and I, the shops were the draw. We've been constantly working on them, but still have a ways to go. The 45x60 is insulated and has a 500 sq. ft. upstairs bedroom w/full bath and 500 sq. ft. room downstairs that we turned into our "break room"...both with central air, also have a half bath downstairs. This is our primary work/play shop/area. The 30x60 shop is un-insulated and serves as storage. We still pinch ourselves every now and then to make sure it's real...having worked out of a garage for so long (with an extremely uptight HOA), this is heaven!!
