ECE 2.5 drop spindle
I am going to run ECE 2.5 drop spindles up front on my 72 2 wheel drive. Anybody see any problem with running 15x10 wheels up front. 3.5 inch back spacing. Any pictures.

Re: ECE 2.5 drop spindle
I have no experience with what you are asking, but people are running into issues with rubbing the lower control arm with a 15x8 wheel and that drop spindle, I would think that a 10" wheel would make it worse. I'm also not sure on the backspacing, typically I take the wheel add an inch for the bead and divide by 2.

Re: ECE 2.5 drop spindle
With only 3.5 backspacing you shouldn't have any issues. If you couple it with a drop spring though, the lowness is going to close up the fender gap enough that you're gonna risk rubbing the outer fender lip. Just a spindle though, and reasonably short tires, you should be fine.

Re: ECE 2.5 drop spindle
Worst case, you trim the lower arm a tad. It only takes a minute or two with an angle grinder. Absolutely nothing to be concerned about.
