WTB: Two piece drive shaft.

Hey guys, I am in need of the front shaft on a 2 piece driveshaft. If anyone has one, let me know. Im not sure if the front shaft is the same for a SWB and a LWB but I think it is. If it matters, I need it for a SWB. Thanks!

Re: WTB: Two piece drive shaft.

The rear pieces are the same, the front halves are different between SWB and LWB.

I have slip yoke and shaft part of the SWB front shaft, but I do not have the bolt on yoke at the carrier bearing end. If you only need those pieces to repair a damaged shaft let me know.

Which part is twisted? Like I said my SWB shaft has the slip yoke that attaches to the transmission, and the main part of the shaft, but not the rear yoke of the front shaft that bolts onto the shaft at the carrier bearing. If that part on yours is still good then you could bolt yours onto this shaft and run with it.

The part circled in red is the piece I do not have, I sold that piece to a board member several months back who was in need of that part. The rest of the shaft I do have.

Re: WTB: Two piece drive shaft.

Yea, just wasn't sure if you happened to have that piece in good condition and could bolt it together to make it complete.

If you want it, $20 shipped for the front half, $40 shipped for both halves. (When I sold the longbed shaft beside it, I think it wound up being $38 to ship it, so I'm pretty much just asking shipping.)

If you want me to get any measurements to be sure, and some pictures of it currently I can do that this evening. The yoke shouldn't be too hard for a driveline shop to find, IIRC it's 10 spline. There's a place here in town I might could ask.

Edit: I found the part number for that yoke: Spicer 2-4-1921 10 spline 1310 u-joint yoke. There are a couple on ebay.
