Air line location to front air bags
Anyone have any pictures of how they routed their air lines to the two front air bags? I need to change how I routed my air line and I'm looking for ideas.
Thanks |

Re: Air line location to front air bags
Are you running a stock cross member? Here is a customer's truck that that lines his with a braided sleeve. I usually drill mine in the same spot, in the back of the crossmember. Just make sure to use a grommet.
Hope this helps. Edit: Not sure why the picture attached sideways. |

Re: Air line location to front air bags
Maybe you could help me? I am ready to air ride my front, I have a 75 and have stock crossmember, what all do I need to just run the front? Brackets, bags? I was thinking the 2600 bags? And then what would I need? I wanna run air lines to the license plate bolts, so I can air manually, what would I need? Please any help is appreciated! Thanks

Re: Air line location to front air bags
There are a few ways to go. You can purchase the brackets and bags separately, then run our schrader valve kit.... or, you can go with the Porterbuilt Stage 1 front. The reason I mention this, is because it will also come with shocks and shock relocators, which will be needed and a good idea when bagging. It mounts the shock up higher on the frame. Then, you can add our schrader kit to that.
The PB will take about 4 weeks to get, but is a nice kit since it has everything you need in one package. The PB stage 1 will use Dominator 2600 bags.
