Z76 Commercial Chassis?

So i was changing the oil in my C30 yesterday and got to reading the spec sheet in my glovebox and noticed the Z76 Commercial Chassis option listed. I've never heard of this before and was wondering if anyone had any information on what it means, a google search didn't prove all that informative. Thanks!
