AD on an S-10 4X4 frame
Hey guys, Have tried a search and can't come up with anything. My question is has anyone put an AD on a S-10 4X4 frame, and if so what is the thread number or link. Have someone that would like to do this, but I have never seen anything except the 2X4 frames being used. Any help would be appreciated...Jim

Re: AD on an S-10 4X4 frame
I used a S10 4x4 Blazer frame (converted drivetrain to 2x4) I like the torsion bar front end but can't find drop spindles for it.

Re: AD on an S-10 4X4 frame
Hey Mike, I found your thread yesterday from a post you made to another thread. I have read all 14 pages of your build. Truck turned out great, would never thought it was a 4X4 frame the way the truck sits, nice job. Thanks again to low54panel for the two threads both were very helpful...Jim

Re: AD on an S-10 4X4 frame
A friend of mine has a S-10 4X4 running pickup that he wants to put a AD body on. He wants to drive it daily. I told him I would check on how hard it would be, seems like it isn't and different that the regular S-10 swaps being done...Jim

Re: AD on an S-10 4X4 frame
The 4x frames arent horribly different, mainly the control arm mounting. Its the blazer frames that have alot of difference.
