New from Indiana...
Hi, everyone, my name is Steve and I'm a lifetime truckaholic. My last encounter with my truck was...
Seriously, I've been reading several threads here and thought I would sign up. I have a 50 Chevy 3100 and I've decided to fix it up after having owned it for many years. Many here seem friendly and helpful, and I've read answers to questions that had not even occurred to me yet. Also noticed some familiar names. Anyway, HELLO again.

Re: New from Indiana...
Thanks, I'm 12 miles from anywhere, Putnam Co., sorta kinda close to Belle Union.
You have a cool C-10 shortbed. My dad still has a '67 longbed C-10. Really rough, but, still runs.

Thanks. I'll be up close to your neck of the woods next week I guess. Have a project for work going on in Brazil.

Re: New from Indiana...
Thanks, everyone, I've got a build thread on another forum and thought i would start one here. Alot more members here with lots of good advice. Probably start from the beginning (1975) and go from there with an abbreviated run up to date. Drove the truck in high school and I'm 54 now, Its on it's third rebuild, this time I'm doing it right. Cab is nearly finished with all new floors, cowls, etc.
Thanks again for the welcome!
